I planted my Dharma seed deep into fertile Vipassana soil. A ten day silent retreat and almost a hundred hours of sitting meditation. Equanimity and Attention my wings, mindfully soaring into and releasing some deep rooted, extraneous patterns. Very grateful for this ~Crystalline~ chapter in the big book of my life.
